Oops - Been MIA again haven't I :)

Being a new mum, and running a business has certainly had it's fair share of challenges - but I'm loving it!!!

My little girl is only weeks away from her First Birthday next month, aaaahhhhh!!!!!

In the soap work, I have a new one for the blokes coming out, with woodsy notes of Cedarwood - curing on the racks now, and smells soooooooooooo good!

Yep, I caved under the pressure :)

Over the past few years the requests for cupcake soaps have increased till this year and the begging began lol. So, I caved...

Gotta give our customers what they want after all!

On top we have Flirt and Tempt, then on the bottom we have Cherish (orange) Ritual (brown) and Delish (purple). I've been playing around with different tips and moulds, so will be sticking with the standard 'ripple' base, and using a mix of 3 different tips I think, I love the different effects you can create!

That time of year again! Christmas Soap!

Just like opening a pressie! I love taking the lid off my moulds the next morning, and seeing a sea of wavy soap tops :) Here they are - Candy Cane, scented with my unique blend of Raspberry fragrance and Peppermint essential oil...

Latest Soapy!

Here's the soap I made to celebrate the birth of my daughter. I wanted a sweet soft floral scent, a little girly, so blended a gorgeous rose fragrance I recently got from the USA with sweet spearmint essential oil, and am very happy with the results!

I think I'll call it "Blush" - what do you all think? I'm starting to run out of new soap names haha! It was meant to have a black swirl, but it went more of a muted grey, which I actually think looks better! I also infused organic red tea into the base for some texture :)
